At Printfresh, we want you to love your new sleepwear and lifestyle pieces; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS or UPS shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
